KVR is offering additional Learning Opportunities to support students as they learn at home.
As with all learning opportunities being offered, students and families are reminded to take on only what works for them at this time; there is no obligation to participate in these activities, they are extension opportunities.
The intention of this resource is to offer students choice to explore areas that are of interest to them and bring joy. Students who choose to participate have the freedom to choose activities that support their well-being during this challenging time. There is no expectation that students complete activities in-line with their previously scheduled classes.
These opportunities will be accessible through the ‘Exploring KVR’ website, and include options that align with in-school Exploratories including Art, Music, Tech. Ed., Computers and Home Ec.
The site will also offer Digital Library Resources, Counselling Resources and Physical and Health Education resources to continue to foster and support overall wellness, including physical activity, mental well-being and digital citizenship.
Students can share pictures and videos of their learning by emailing them to [email protected]. We look forward to seeing KVR students explore!
